I made this the other night. It was pretty good. I will probably make it again.
- 1 tablespoon minced shallot
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/3 cup light olive oil
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced Italian parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a jar; seal and shake well to blend.
