Lamb Kebabs

This looks really good. I will have to try this soon.

Stuff on a stick, perfect for summer BBQs, and parties. This is one of those recipes that is easy and awesome for summer everything.

Lamb Kebabs with Mint Yogurt Sauce
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons tarragon, minced
1 tablespoon thyme, minced
1 tablespoon rosemary, minced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons cumin
1 1/2 pounds boneless lamb leg, cut into 1 inch cubes
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
8 wooden bamboo skewers
mint yogurt sauce:
2/3 cup mint, roughly chopped
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
1. Soak skewers in water for about 30 minutes.
2. Place first six ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
3. Place lamb and herb mixture in a large bowl and toss together until well coated.
4. Skewer lamb onto bamboo skewers until all lamb and skewers have been used. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Set a grill or grill pan on medium-high heat and brush the surface with vegetable oil.
6. Grill each skewer for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
7. Place all of the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and whisk together. Serve alongside skewers.
